The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants must have a Twitter, Telegram, or Discord account. Employees and immediate family members of the KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC are not eligible to participate.
The competition begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the individual competition announcements. Entries submitted after the competition period will not be considered.
All communication regarding the competition will be carried out through official KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC channels. KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC will not be responsible for communication carried out through any other channels.
Every competition/giveaway is hosted on the official Kingdom of ANTS social media channels. Entry instructions for every individual competition will be posted separately with the competition announcement.
All submitted work must be original and not based on any pre-existing designs or copyrighted images. By participating, entrants warrant that their entries do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Entrants agree not to use the competition for any unlawful purpose or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Kingdom of ANTS Project server, or the network(s) connected to any Kingdom of ANTS Project server.
All prizes from the competitions will be awarded one month after the launch of the platform unless otherwise stated in the specific competition rules. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prizes will be delivered via the method specified in the individual competition rules. If a winner fails to claim their prize within a specified period, KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC reserves the right to select another winner.
Under no circumstances will KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the competition, the prizes, or the use of the entries.
Any tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants are advised to consult with their own tax advisors regarding potential tax liabilities, if any.
Winners will be chosen based on criteria specified in each competition. The decision of the KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC team is final and binding. Winners will be notified through the platform they participated on.
The exact judging criteria for each competition will be clearly stated in the individual competition announcement.
KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the competition rules, attempts to manipulate the results, or uses unfair means to participate in the competition.
For contests involving public voting, entrants are not allowed to offer any paid services or products in exchange for votes. Any suspected fraud will result in immediate disqualification.
By participating in the competition, you consent to KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC using your entry details for promotional purposes. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter, Telegram, Discord, or any other social media platform. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Twitter, Telegram, and Discord from any and all liability associated with this competition.
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the organizers.
KINGDOM OF ANTS LLC reserves the right to amend the competition rules or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
